Parking spaces available as they are vacated.
Please follow the instructions below if applying for a parking space.
- Go to the Lot Location and Map links and decide which lot is best for you. Please have a second and third option in mind.
- Complete the online application OFA 112 (PDF format) and bring to the Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) located at 1416 10th Street, Sacramento. The Office of Fleet and Asset Management accepts applications between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (pending availability of parking).
- If starting a carpool complete the online application OFA 73 (PDF format) and bring it to the Office of Fleet and Asset Management along with the OFA 112 (PDF format) form.
- Payment for the first month is required - checks or credit card only - no cash!

The following criteria must be met in order to be considered a carpool.
- All persons must be of legal driving age.
- Carpools consist of two or more persons sharing a vehicle to and from work.
- A Carpool Agreement, OFA 73 (PDF format), must be completed by all carpool members.
- All persons must work in the downtown core area.
- All persons must park within a five (5) block radius of their work site.
- All Carpool members must be state employees.
