PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE §25722.5

SB 552, Burton, Chapter 737 Statutes of 2003, (Public Resources Code §25722 and 25722.5) requires the State to minimize the economic and environmental costs due to the use of petroleum-based fuels. One element of this statute requires State agencies to report to DGS prescribed fleet data annually.
