You must be an active California State Employee to use the Vehicle Reservation application. When you pick up the vehicle you must present a valid driver's license and a Department of General Services (DGS) Blue Charge Card. You may pick up or return a vehicle Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Vehicles may be returned to the Sacramento garage Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding holidays.

How to Log OnTo log on to the application you must have a valid CA driver's license and a valid California State email address. Fields with an asterisk ( *) are required to be filled in.
- Enter your State employee work email address.
- Enter your CA driver's license number.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
The system validates if your driver's license number exist in system.
First time users will see the message "We cannot verify your entry. Are you sure this informaiton is correct?"
Returning user's who may have entered an incorrect driver's license number will also see the message. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled in.
- First time User: Click on the "Yes" button to continue.
- Returning User: If you entered your Driver's License Number incorrectly click on the "No" button to go to previous screen to enter correct number.
How To Add A Driver If you have not made a reservation with the Office of Fleet Administration before, you must register now. Complete required fields in Driver Details area.
- Enter Driver's Name (first, middle and last).
- Modify the email address in the "Work Email Address" field, if necessary.
- Enter Work Address.
- Enter Room Number or location information.
- Enter City.
- Enter Zip Code.
- Enter Driver's License Expiration Date (MM/YY/YYY).
- Enter Work Telephone (example: 999-999-9999).
- Enter the DGS Charge Card Number.
- Enter your Agency Billing Code (first 5 or 6 digits of DGS Blue Charge Card).
- Click on the "Make New Reservation" button.

How to Make a Reservation
To make a reservation the fields below must be completed. The application only allows sedans to be reserved. All fields are required to be filled in.
- Select the Pickup Date and Time.
- Select the Return Date and Time.
- Select the Vehicle Type.
- Select the desired Pickup Location.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
- Click on the "Main Menu" button to go back to previous screen.
Verify Reservation Information prior to submission.This screen allows you to review your reservation information for accuracy.
- To change "Reservation Information" click on the "Back" button.
- If all the information is accurate - click on the "Continue" button.
Reservation ConfirmationCongratulations your reservation has been confirmed! You will receive an email confirming your vehicle reservation.
- If you need to make another reservation click on the "Make Another Reservation" button.
- To print a copy of this confirmation, click on the "Printer Friendly" button.
- To exit the program click on the "Logout" button to return to the login page
- or click on the "Home" button to return to the Online Reservation page.

How to Search for a Reservation
Follow the log on instructions. After logging on you can search for confirmed reservations.
- Click on the "View/Modify/Cancel Reservations" button.
How to Modify a Reservation
Follow the log on and search for a reservation instructions. The only fields that can be modified through this system are the Pickup, Return Date and Times. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled in.
- Select Reservation status
- Click on the "View" button next the reservation number you wish to change.

Modify Reservation Continued.
- Click on the "Modify Reservation" button.
The only fields that can be modified through this system are the Pickup, Return Date and Times Change the Pickup Time.
- Change the Pickup Date if needed.
- Change the Pickup Time if needed.
- Change the Return Date if needed.
- Change the Return Time if needed.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
A verification confirmation page will display, verify the information is correct. If the information is correct click on the "Continue" button and print the confirmation page.
You will receive an email that the reservation has been changed.
How to Cancel a Reservation
Follow the log on and search reservation instructions.
- Click on the "Cancel Reservation" button.

You will receive an email confirmation that the reservation has been cancelled.

How to Make a Reservation for Someone Else.
A person can make a reservation for someone else. The person you are making a reservation for must be currently registered in the system. You will need the other person's CA Driver's License Number and Expiration Date.
- Enter your State of California work email address at the Logon Screen.
- Enter the other person's CA driver's license number at the Logon Screen.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
- The other person's Driver Details will be displayed.
- Your email address along with the other person's email address will be displayed at the top of the screen.*
- Make changes as needed.
- Click on the "Make New Reservation" button to continue.
*Once the reservation is completed an email confirmation notice is sent to you and the person the reservation is for.
