Please note: The State Garage Dispatch Office is closed on the first, second, and third Fridays of every month due to Furloughs. Vehicles will not be released for use on these days.
Welcome to the Office of Fleet & Asset Management (OFAM) Vehicle Reservation system. This system allows California State employees to reserve state vehicles for business via the Internet. Employees may reserve vehicles on a daily basis for up to two weeks at a time. The system only allows sedans and Alternate Fuel CNG (compressed natural gas) sedans to be reserved. Alternate fuel CNG sedans can travel up to 150 miles on a tank of fuel. Go to the OFAM Alternate Fuel web page to learn more about alternate fuel vehicles. Pick Up/ Return Vehicles: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Excluding Sacramento Garage: Return Vehicles 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

You must be an active California State Employee to use the Vehicle Reservation application. When you pick up the vehicle you must present a valid driver's license and a Department of General Services (DGS) Blue Charge Card.
Due to a shortage of vehicles it is recommended you make your reservation online or by phone 24 hours in advance. Same day reservations are not recommended and does not guarantee a vehicle will be available.

Note: The Vehicle Reservation Internet application does not work with the Netscape browser. It's recommended you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser. All browsers must have "Cookies" enabled.
This application is NOT available from 11:30 PM to 5:45 AM.
