DGS' Office of Fleet and Asset Management has created a Petroleum Reduction Advisory Committee to develop a plan outlined in AB 236 (Chapter 593, Statutes of 2007, Assembly Member Lieu). Participation on the committee is open to state agencies that maintain or purchase vehicles for the state fleet. DGS staff will take the lead on collecting input from the committee members, assembling a draft petroleum reduction plan based on the committee's input, and submitting the draft plan to the Secretary of the State and Consumer Services Agency for review and final approval.

Attention State Flex-Fuel Vehicle Drivers!
There are now nineteen (19) E-85 fueling sites available for State flex-fuel vehicles throughout the State of California, with many more planned to open in 2008 and early 2009!
Sacramento: The Office of Fleet and Asset Management Sacramento State Garage is offering E-85 to all State agencies that have E-85 flex fuel vehicles in the Sacramento area. The Garage is open Monday through Friday, State holidays excluded, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Map)

Salton City: Pearson Fuels, 2084 South Marina Drive, Salton City, CA 92275 (Map) Pearson Fuels has opened it's 6th E85 station in California in Salton City. The station features a 15,000 Ethanol storage tank and two E85 Ethanol dispensers so that 4 vehicles can be filled with E85 at one time. The dispensers are part of the newly opened "Largest Arco Station in California" located at the recently developed Salton City Travel Center.
Hayward: Hayward Chevron , at 525 West A Street , Hayward, CA 94541, is just one block from I 80 and accepts the Voyager card at the pump. (Map)
Concord: Black Diamond Chevron is right off of Route 4 at Willow Pass Court--1001 Willow Pass Court (Sunvalley Blvd), Concord, CA, 94520--and offers E-85 at dispensers #19 and #20. This station accepts the Voyager card at the pump. (Map)
San Diego: Pearson Fuels, at 4067 El Cajon Boulevard, on the exit ramp at I-15 and El Cajon Boulevard in the center of San Diego, is California's first public E-85 fueling station. (Map) Pearson Fuels accepts the Voyager card, and also provides natural gas, propane and biodiesel.
Carlsbad: Bressi Ranch Fuel Mart-Shell service station, at 2741 Gateway Rd , Carlsbad, CA 92009. This station accepts the Voyager card at the pump. (Map)
Tulare: Stanley's Food Mart and Shell service station, at 2959 North M Street, Tulare, CA 93274, is conveniently located just off of Hwy 99 at the Cartmill Avenue off ramp on the west side of the highway. Stanley's Food Mart and Shell accepts Voyager at the pump. (Map) Phone: (559) 686-1118
Los Angeles: Conserv Fuel is in the Brentwood area at 11699 San Vicente Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90049, just a few blocks west of Hwy 405 at the Wilshire Blvd. off ramp. Conserv Fuel offers both E-85 and biodeisel, and accepts the Voyager card; just take your card in to the cashier prior to fueling. (Map)
